In honor of what would have been the 96th birthday of electric guitar icon Les Paul today, Google has put up a 10-string guitar on its homepage. Anyone can play it, even people with no guitar-playing abilities, such as -- well -- me. What's more, if you click on the little black box at the bottom right of the 10 strings, you can record your playing.

My "song" (just a quick doodle) sounds like this and includes only my open-string strums. More advanced players (read: anyone else) can use the number keys on their computer keyboards to produce more advanced playing (if you have the right software).
