(WantMillionaire.com News) Is Paris Hilton dating again? The answer is Yes. Recently, she's spotted together with the Hangover director Todd Phillips at least 3 times. And they were seen kissing during the second spotting at a night club last Thursday night.

On Sunday, they were seen together for lunch in Malibu too.

Phillips, who is a producer and screen writer at his 40. He occasionally sppears in films in brief roles.

Project X, the next film of Phillips is due for release in 2012. He is the producer in that film. Also, he is known to be working on Hangover 3.
